Booth
- University: We can put up some info material in entrance areas of the Humboldt-University during the summit. There is usually space for all kinds of student projects anyways. So, there should not be any issue. If we have anyone who could volunteer to showcase LXDE, we could also do it in the University entrance area or discuss with desktop summit organizers if we can have a table.
- c-base: There is space within the c-base that is ready to host info materials. We can talk to some of the folks there, who are usually very supportive.
Workshops
Spaces are available at various locations in the center of Berlin.
Hacking
For Hacking we can use the common Developers Lounge.
Social
Lightweight Desktop folks plan common BBQ. Date is not set yet.
Accomodation
There are limitless ways to stay overnight in Berlin. Please leave your name and the place where you stay, so folks might be able to stay in the same place with you. In case your budget is limited, please leave a comment behind your name and Mario will see, if we can find a place to stay for you at a private place.
